Service Description
Bring dimension, richness, and vibrancy to your hair with a customized color experience designed around your goals and the health of your hair. At LOC'D AFFINITY, every color service begins with thoughtful consultation so your desired tone can be approached with care, clarity, and attention to your hair’s condition and history. This appointment includes a deep cleansing steam shampoo, steam conditioning, and your customized color service. To complete your experience, it also includes either a basic natural style or loc maintenance without styling. Color options may include a virgin application, retouch, highlights with a base color change, grey coverage, or other custom color work. Corrective color services are offered by consultation only. Methods are chosen based on the result you want to achieve and may include permanent color, bleach application for greater lift, or foiling for highlighted dimension. Retouches typically require about 2.5 hours, highlights and custom colors about 5 hours, and corrective color up to 8 hours or more depending on the complexity of the service. Pricing starts at $165 with a $40 deposit. Virgin applications start at $195, and highlights with a base color change start at $225. Additional charges may apply for corrective work or extra product usage, particularly on long or dense locs. This service is not recommended for clients experiencing breakage, thinning, or those who have had a color application within the last 6 weeks. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Deposits A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. Late Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hrs’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. No‑Show Policy No‑shows are charged the full cost of the services booked. Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to book again. Clients with multiple no‑shows will lose online booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, additional fees, or forfeiture of the appointment (deposit still applies). Consultation Policy Consultations are required for new clients, color services, loc extensions, repairs, or major changes. Consultation fees are non‑refundable. Color & Chemical Services Waiver Clients must disclose all previous color, relaxers, keratin, henna, or chemical treatments. Results cannot be guaranteed if history is incomplete or inaccurate. Loc’d Affinity is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed or at‑home treatments. A signed waiver is required before service. Service Adjustment Policy Concerns must be communicated within 48 hrs. Adjustments are offered at the stylist’s discretion. No refunds on completed services. Retail Sales & Returns All retail sales are final. Opened or sample items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be exchanged within a limited timeframe. Children & Guests Policy Only clients receiving services may be in the salon unless approved in advance. Children must be supervised at all times. Health & Scalp Condition Policy Services may be declined if scalp conditions are severe, contagious, or untreated. Clients may be referred to a medical professional. Deposits remain non‑refundable if service is declined for health reasons. Safety & Weapons Policy No firearms, weapons, or harmful items are permitted on the premises. This applies to all clients and guests, including those with permits. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior or violates salon policies. Payment Policy Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Debit/Credit, Apple Pay, Afterpay (memberships only). Balance due at end of service.
